No Guarantee of Approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or funding. Lending decisions are made solely by our lending partners based on their own underwriting criteria.

Loan Terms

If approved for financing, you will enter into a separate loan agreement directly with the lender. We are not a party to that agreement. All loan terms, including interest rates, fees, repayment schedules, and other conditions, are determined by the lender.

Fees and Charges

ForgePath Capital Partners does not charge consumers any upfront fees to submit loan applications or use our Services. We may receive compensation from lenders when you are successfully funded, but this does not affect the terms offered to you.

Beware of scams: We will never ask you to pay fees before receiving funding. If anyone claiming to represent ForgePath Capital Partners requests upfront payment, please report it to us immediately.

Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in:

• Denial of your loan application
• Termination of your access to our Services
• Legal liability for fraud

Intellectual Property
